These are a very grown up brownie; we use an Irish Cream brownie base and then swirl it with Irish Cream cheesecake mixture. Baked until the edges are chewy and the middle is squidgy, these are seriously rich and moreish. Perfect with pouring cream or ice cream as a pudding or cut into quarters and served with tea/coffee. They’re £25.99 for 12 which is about £2.17 each. Don’t forget to choose which tin design you want once you add these to your basket.
Mrs Bell’s Brownies are hand made using only the most delicious ingredients. You won’t find anything in them that you wouldn’t find in your own kitchen. The eggs are free range, the chocolate is from Belgium, the butter will always be butter and never, ever margarine. We use two types of sugar – caster and a rich, soft dark brown variety. And a bit of flour too. Every tin of 12 contains well over half a kilo of brownies, so there’s more than enough to share. (Or not!)
