Who we are
Here at Mrs Bell’s Brownies we’re on a mission to supply the UK with delicious, rich, dark and soft brownies.
Mrs Bell’s Brownies are hand made by Holly Bell at her home in Leicestershire, using only the most delicious ingredients. You won’t find anything in them that you wouldn’t find in your own kitchen. The eggs are free range, the chocolate is from Belgium (with over a quarter of a kilo in every tin of 12), the butter will always be butter and never, ever margarine. We use two types of sugar – caster and a rich, soft dark brown variety. And a bit of flour too. Every tin of 12 brownies contains well over half a kilo of brownies, so there’s more than enough to share. (Or not!)
We take the packaging of our brownies seriously too. They’re delivered inside a beautiful reusable tin with hand illustrated stickers which we hope you’ll enjoy using long after the brownies are gone.
